I have noticed that sometimes if I make an adjust in my GUI preferences (like changing size percentage or color), I will often get a BSOD crash in Windows upon re-opening SoundBridge to apply the change. The BSOD error has mostly been an “IRQL Not Less or Equal” error, though I did have another at one point (I can’t remember the error code).
At my most recent startup, I noticed an alert as I started SoundBridge referencing one of the VST3 plugins I use (RX Izotope 7, can’t remember which component).
I’m not sure if it is a VST issue (I have some reports of crashes related to VSTs) or just a bug when making preferences changes. Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something like this. This is not just a crash/not-responding of the program, but a blue screen crash of Windows 10 itself.
I am fairly new to SoundBrige, mainly just tinkering with the MIDI editor and recording some guitar with my Scarlett Solo 3rd-Gen. As far as working with audio and MIDI and recording and all that, the program has been perfectly stable.

It could have something to do with the graphics driver.
Write to support about it:
support@soundbridge.ioMay 25, 2020 at 6:09 pm #18678Will do. I actually think it was related my GPU. I recently tried overclocking it and noticed a lot of crashes, even in other programs, and turning that off seems to have solved it.
