    Just made account today and can’t log into the DAW. The website works fine but when I try to log into the application it says “Authentication Failed” is it maybe an issue with a firewall or something maybe? I’m on an M1 MacBook Pro.


    Nevermind, I figured it out. I tried changing my password just for the hell of it and didn’t put symbols in it this time. So if you have the same issue, make sure you don’t have symbols in your password.



    Having symbols in your password should not be the issue.

    Please write to support, I’m sure they would love to know if any symbols create an issue for users.


    i have a strong internet as it function in other apps but when i use soundbridge it say cant log in beacause i have no connection


    i have the same problem. install older version 2.0.0 will work

    Some of our users complained about this issue.

    And we have resolved the issue in the most recent update of the SoundBridge app on our website.

    Please download the latest version of the app and try logging in.

    We updated some binaries that fixed intermittent network connectivity issues on Windows.

    The build with the fix was uploaded on 26th December 2022 at 11:56 EST.

    I was having similar issues, however, it was saying I was using a VPN. I don’t use those. Somehow it resolved itself. FYI, I use symbols in my password and haven’t had any issues. Interesting.
