Choppy during playback

    Hi,

    i loaded the demosong into the daw. The program cause the song to appear choppy during playback. What is the reason for that? How can i really produce a song if the playback hangs always? Do i need a high performance laptop or there are any options i don’t see?

    Hello, in another DAW I got the same issue once, and I fixed that just changing the sample rate, I did set the same for the audio interfaz and the DAW, so before it was 44100 khz and didn’t sound well, then I set 48000 khz and everything fine. Hope to help you.

    Hello,

    You can most probably just set your buffer size to a higher value and experience less choppy playback and less CPU strain.
