Custom map MIDI controller with Soundbridge Question

Hi all! I’m at my first experience with DAW and music recording so I’m a total newbie. I’m a drummer and I want to use my electronic drumset to record some music.

I manage do the basic initial stuff regarding MIDI recording, such as successfully connecting the drumset, loading and using VST (Ritmix), etc. However, the mapping of my pads is messed around: when i hit the snare i get the cymbal sound etc.

I was then looking for a way to custom remap the drumset to get the proper sounds on Ritmix when playing. I believe it’s straigthforward, i just can’t find the way to do it on Soundbridge (or tutorial/posts online). The only source i found online is this https://soundbridge.io/soundbridge-widgets-midi-mapping/ , but it looks like it makes you assign to your midi controller some software actions like cut, merge etc and does not allow to reassign sounds within the MIDI controller.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

You can use MIDI Learn to map any of your MIDI Controllers pads to any pad in RitMix.
