Expand and pin Edit Window – Drag notes with mouse

Hello, I want to ask 2 questions about this DAW that has caught my attention:

1 – Can expand the Edit Window by dragging up from the top, but I don’t see a way to pin it, since when I open the project again, the Edit Window is already in its default location. Since I like to work in the Editor Window as big as possible, is there a way to make the Editor Window enlarged and stay that way without having to enlarge it each time open the project?

2 – I can’t find a way to drag notes in the Midi Editor up and down with the mouse without losing their location. I mean “no snap” notes that are not snapped to the grid.
I know that this can be done with the arrows, but eg. If I go up 7 semitones with the arrows, and then I want to undo, that’s 7 times that I have to undo. With the mouse it would be undo only once.
