Hi…No ideas on what could cause my SYSTEM window not to exist anymore? I can’t access the window or anything that exists in the window (for example, advanced options such as setting virtual file settings, or computer name, etc).July 10, 2019 at 4:52 pm #15256

I contacted support and got the issue resolved, here is what they sent, copy and pasted.
You can reset your SoundBridge GUI by deleting the following registry entries “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoundBridge\SoundBridge\UI”.
If you are on a mac just follow the FAQ section named “Experiencing a Crash on Startup?”
We are aware of this problem and working on it.
