Hi…No ideas on what could cause my SYSTEM window not to exist anymore? I can’t access the window or anything that exists in the window (for example, advanced options such as setting virtual file settings, or computer name, etc).

    Hello,

Do you mean the Preferences panel by any chance?

Having the same issue. In Soundbridge’s lingo they call it the Transport Bar. Completely disappeared on me for some reason

I contacted support and got the issue resolved, here is what they sent, copy and pasted.

    Hello,

You can reset your SoundBridge GUI by deleting the following registry entries “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoundBridge\SoundBridge\UI”.

If you are on a mac just follow the FAQ section named “Experiencing a Crash on Startup?”

We are aware of this problem and working on it.

Let us know if this helped please.

    Best,

Pressing the letter “P” on your keyboard will open preferences.

If you need to reset the GUI do this:

    Solution for Windows:
You can reset your SoundBridge GUI by deleting the following registry
    entries “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoundBridge\SoundBridge\UI”.

    To do that:
Open the registry editor by pressing “Windows key + R” on your
keyboard, and once the dialog opens type “regedit”.
    Press enter.
There you can navigate to the specific location and delete that entire
    folder “UI” with its entries.

    For macOS:
You can find a way to reset SoundBridge in the FAQ section on our website.

On a mac, the default plugin folders are added by default. Which plugins were not found for you?

    Use shortcut key

    1 for File browser
    2 for Edit window
    Tab for Sequencer
    Tab for Mixer
    3 for Insert Rack
