ParticipantHi…No ideas on what could cause my SYSTEM window not to exist anymore? I can’t access the window or anything that exists in the window (for example, advanced options such as setting virtual file settings, or computer name, etc).

ParticipantI contacted support and got the issue resolved, here is what they sent, copy and pasted.
Hello,
You can reset your SoundBridge GUI by deleting the following registry entries “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoundBridge\SoundBridge\UI”.
If you are on a mac just follow the FAQ section named “Experiencing a Crash on Startup?”
We are aware of this problem and working on it.
Let us know if this helped please.
Best,
SoundBridge Team
