Logging VST errors upon launch or full rescan request..

Is there a logging feature attached to the loading of VST files? I’ve occasionally been receiving cryptic dialog boxes that provide no real information, beyond an error occurred and an acknowledgment button. Assuming that it is an added VST, I don’t know which VST to focus on. – Having qsqlite.dll in the [root]/SqlDrivers/ directory would suggest a local DB that may contain additional information. If such a database exists, does it have an alternate file extension and does it log VST load operations?
