On opening the DAW, my login credentials failed, although I know they are correct
Is it a bug?

Hello,

Please write to support they can reset your password for you.

This usually solves that problem.

Use the reset password option, it worked for me.

Have the same problem. Change the password dosn`t helps.
The message “There is an issue with connecting the server….”

Hello,

Write to support, them hard-resetting your password for you usually resolves that issue.
