Program Closes Immediately After Opening

I have been having an issue with Soundbridge where as soon as I open the program, the first page loads, it says “initializing core” and then just disappears. The process is also gone. I have been in contact with support regarding this but haven’t figured things out yet. There is also no log of the program failing or even opening (was directed to send to support but file was empty).

Hoping someone else may have encountered this and has a fix they could share with me. Thanks in advance.

I’m going to assume you are on a Windows computer. If not, please specify.

While in-app logging functionality is a sign of good development practices, the app load process has to reach a point in execution where logging is possible. Apparently it’s not reaching this point functionality.
