Up until today, I have been able to use RitMix without much of a hassle. Today however, there was suddenly a tip at the top left that said ‘Your subscription expired’ with the option to log in or purchase. Logging in does nothing, and clicking the purchase button takes me to my account. Is RitMix suddenly a paid plugin or am I missing something here?

That was due to website maintenance. You should not have that problem now.
