    It looks like the same login user interface, but my SoundBridge.io login isn’t working to unlock RitMix.

    I’ve added a MIDI channel with RitMix as the Instrument. When I click “Show Plugin” it brings up the plugin, but in front of it is a Log In prompt that says “Authentication failed” even though I’ve made sure it’s the same password that I use for SoundBridge and to log in to the website.

    Any direction would be appreciated! Thanks.

    Login credentials should work for both. Have you tried creating a new password?

    Changing my password worked for me! I was having the same exact problem.
